circuit breakers on a B32 (2002)

If the 12 v circuit breaker trips what conditions do you get ( apart from no electricity) ?   Does the green light do anything?  Also how is it reset?   There is nothing immediately obvious on the back of the panel , apart from a tiny dimple about the size of a biro end which might be a reset button.
