Width of jib sock/ cover

We want to replace the destroyed "jib sock" of our 12 years old Bavaria 30 cruiser.
Measured width is 48 cm (18.9 inch). All standard tarpaulins of 11 m length (which we need) and even longer are about 44-45cm wide (17.3...17.7 inches). 48cm is no standard dimension.
Do you know whether 17.3" is sufficient for our small Bavaria?
