Would anyone know the length and model of a telescopic spinnaker pole.
Lost my fixed up the mast pole over the side . Would like to buy one pole which would do spinnaker and and pole out the Genoa to goose wing I think mine was a selden
Would still like to keep it up the mast

Here's your choices: http://www.seldenmast.com/en/products/spinnaker_-_gennaker_hardware/telescopic_-_jockey_poles.html

Sizing is easy - the indicated length in spinnaker pole position is your boat's J measure (so it fits inside the forestay when gybing). It can then be telescoped out further to support the Genoa in light airs.

The prices are pretty hefty though!

Technically they are usually called whisker poles.  Spinnaker poles are a fixed length and are not adjustable.  Spinnakers put a lot of compression forces on the pole.  An adjustable pole wouldn't cope well with that type of loading.

I've used both the spinnaker pole and whisker pole on my headsails.  With a large genoa, you may want a pole much longer than your J measurement.

I personally prefer Forespar poles, but I'm sure the Selden are fine as well.
