That's the one, and the straps were through eBay. Type in adjustable webbing straps, and take your pick. The only other thing I used was some sound insulating foam similar to that used in your engine compartment, and that was retrieved from just outside the marina skip. Someone had left about two square metres of the stuff there, and I was the first to think it might just come in handy. It did, part being used to insulate the top area my engine compartment and some being used to make something for my then new exhaust muffler to sit on and lean against.
