ST60 wind direction

Hi all .  I have fitted the original AUTOHELM ST60 wind speed and direction monitor.    The top of mast attachment has a plug male with 5 pins .    Does anybody have the info on what each pin does?   I am assuming two pins are speed and two or three would be direction.    It was seized but now free and I would like to test it on the deck before fitting.   The mast is miles away so can't test it there.
