Rutgerson traveller: bent screw - fixing advice?

While replacing my traveller lines I removed some of the screws to get the rope around corners and found one screw with a broken thread. Also, the screw is bent. As we needed to leave I put the screw back in but it needs to be fixed.
I don't suppose anyone knows the specs of these screws so that I could take them with me next time I go to the boat? Heck knows why I didn't measure it!
Should there be a thread in the traveller or is a nut missing?

I think there is a thread cut into the traveller extrusion that it screws into.

The screws are just countersunk stainless ones, you should be able to find them at the local chandlery of where-boat-is (manufacturer photo below).

I'd also look up how to do an eye splice on youtube - it's not that difficult and will look and work a lot better than the thick knot there!  ;D

If there's a thread cut into the counter part, my options are to replace the complete part, use a helicoil or check if I can fit a nut under it. The last one would be my preferred option.

Where did you get this picture from? It looks more or less exactly what I need.

And don't complain about my knots! I'm making 2 knots per hour! :-)

A nut would allow the screw to be tensioned, but won't support the horizontal load - which is the main job of the screw acting as an axle for the sheave. So a stainless helicoil would be better, but you'd have to dip it into Duralac or something first to avoid horrible corrosion issues between steel and aluminium. Which is probably what happened to the original thread :)

I found this at SVB: https://www.svb.de/de/bavaria-angebot-genua.html - best price.
Now if only I knew the screw specs I could go and buy them here and not have to search a shop down there. :-(

Double check the size - they're marked as Genoa track ends rather than traveller track ends. Not sure it's the same size track.

They are 88x67mm, just like the ones on Rutgerson's website.
But what puzzles me a bit: would I take out the middle and outer most screws and mount the cleat and the sheave on top, using a longer screw (the broken one)?

Maybe also interesting for others: the screw is A4-MFT M6x50

Now the other question is whether my boat has a 50mm or a 32mm mainsheet track. The Rutgerson person thinks it's 32mm but from the pictures it seems to be 50mm.
Any Bavaria 40 owners here who could take a picture and measure the width of the track?

For others: The traveller track is 50mm.
