I noticed that one red cable is connected before main fuse, on battery side. It is original setting from Bavaria.

Does anybody know what is this cable for? And why it was connected before main fuse?

On photo, right side is battery side, left side is load side,  you can see red cable connected to right side.

Looks like a winch load fuse,.

Diesel heater?

As you're supposed to let them shut down fully, they are often not wired through the isolator

In standard configuration only the autopilot and the charger are directly connected (over separate fuses!) To battery plus side. If not sure, disconnect the wire from terminal and look which function is missing. Work with caution only with isolated tools, shorts on terminals could be dangerous!

No! 100% it is not diesel heater.

Do you have a heater?  If so, what does it run on?

Based on high amperage, it would most likely be anchor windlass, bow thruster or electric winch. On our boat similar fuses feed the (factory fitted) anchor windlass.

Why not just follow the wire to see where it goes?  ;D

I think that the red cable (nr 2) comes from the alternator
