Is this a sign that the injector seal is gone?

I noticed that bubbles are forming around the injector. And the diesel leaks slightly around the injector.

Is this a sign that the injector seal is gone or the injector itself.

The engine is MD2030 and has 3.400 operating hours.

Have you checked where the fuel is coming from?
In the video there's liquid at the top and the bottom (arrows).
Is the Diesel at the base dripping down and just bubbling because the engine is vibrating and it's actually coming from the top part of the injector?

I can confirm that I also saw diesel on the top of injector.

I can't tell if it's leaking from the bottom too.

I think you'd have to figure out where it's coming from before
further steps. But it's certainly leaking at the top, so that's what needs to be fixed in any case.

the part with the pipe on is the return, (leak off pipe) check its not coming from the joint between the pipe and the injector, usually sealed with copper washers but sometimes aluminium washers are used, the ally corrodes and you get a leak.

Is it possible to just tighten up each of the nuts on the injector to see if that stops any leaking?  Do they need tightening to a specific spec?
