Nexus has been lightly used with only 702 hours on a Volvo Penta 20/30 (serviced in July) The owners version is a 5 berth giving much more room and storage than the 3 cabin charter model . The saildrive gator was changed 2 years ago along with seacocks and water cooled exhaust . Main electrics replaced 6 years ago and an electric push button toilet installed all batteries replaced 2021 . Pressurized hot water . All the usual equipment that goes with this model plus radar , ais , wind generator , 2 epribs ( boat & personal ) life raft , all other equipment , ropes , fenders , life jackets,  plus everything I have forgotten will be left . As after 50 years of sailing it's time to hang up my wellies
