Delivery to Norway from Uk

I need to send my Jefa linear drive back to Norway for repair.

On checking international delivery I am wondering if the unit is in the non protection list for insurance as it may come under small vehicle parts as that includes gearboxes?

Also will there be any customs or Vat to pay on its return as Its a repair?

If anyone has done this before I would appreciate their advice.

Have you asked Jefa?  This question must arise with them often.

Yup, and last I checked they were in Denmark (EU), not Norway (EFTA).
