Hi all, great the forum is back!

Bavaria 42 - 2000

My exhaust outlet / thru hull is dezinking. Clearly visible on the picture I took from the outside where I removed some of the corrosion.

I'd like to replace the thru hull with a new one, but I cant find the same one. Does anyone know where to get something similar or the size of the hole in the hull so I can order the correct part. I'm unable to measure it at the moment.
What are your thoughts about TruDesign thru hulls for the exhaust?

Not a great idea, the exhaust can run dry, all it takes is a plastic bag on the intake, impeller failure or something wrong with the strainer. Then Tru-Design will ooze away.

Also, you really want something with a drip lip, else it trickles down the hull and leaves a streak.

Volvo no longer makes the above, the new one is stainless and €200. Best pick one of these instead: https://www.asap-supplies.com/exhaust/exhaust-outlets-flaps/exhaust-outlets-without-flaps
