Footblock jammer

Hi

Was wondering if anyone had a solution to wearing pulleys on Rutgerson footblock jammer. I find especially the headrail jammer wears pulleys quickly,  I have switched the car jammers to that position but now all pulleys are worn. I can buy whole jammer but not only is us expensive I feel the pulleys are quite soft. I have managed to split jammer but can't easily find replacement pulleys.  Any help would be appreciated.
