I don't suppose anyone knows off the top of their head the width of the guardrail wire?

There is a small amount that needs replacing on my 2006 B37.

I have found somewhere that sells it, but its in 5/6/7/8mm sizes!

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi,
Maybe I can help you, if you have the Bav 37 /2 CR out of 2006.
Tomorrow and the following weekend, I am on the boat and can measure it.
But there is one problem, my english is not god enough to understand which part you are looking vor.
Can you give me a picture or describe where I could find the "guardrail wire"
Ok I just google it. it is the wire to avoid falling man over board. So what do you want to know exactly? Only the diameter of the upper guardrail wire? With ore without the whit hull?
regards

Hi Paul, but not to worry I will also be on the boat this weekend so will crack on and find out for myself. Thanks again.

On my 2005 B30 the upper wire is thicker than the lower. I imagine that would be the same on all Bavs. Sorry, can't quantify the diameter though.

Think you will find it is plastic coated SS wire, so you can't just replace a section of the plastic coating.
