I mentioned the rust on my hull keel joint in a previous post . I would like to paint the keel and re-sikaflex the joint during the winter . I am aware one should not paint epoxy paint below 10 degrees but really needs to be a lot warmer as the cast iron is cold.
Does anybody know of a low temperature epoxy paint that would be suitable for use under water and will accept sikaflex .

International Interprotect (UK) is viable down to 5°C, although curing times increase vastly. Product info PDF: http://www.yachtpaint.com/MPYACMDatasheets/Interprotect+eng+A4+Y+20150902.pdf
It's meant for below the waterline and after keying it with some 120 grit, Sikaflex will stick to it well. That's how I've redone my keel and keel seal (on a lead keel, but also suitable for steel).
