Hi, im a bit confused about why you both need this info? I owned a bav 30 for 3years and now wish I kept her. Slab reefing mail sail, std genoa she would go 7.5knts through the water best speed, 6knts everywhere.  Always do 5knts just with a puff of wind. Just make sure you reef early, nothing gained by being over canvassed!  Apart from the fun of rounding up when you don't expect it.

ORC and ClubORC calculated polar diagrams can be found and searched at https://jieter.github.io/orc-data/site/#ESP/ESP5228_C (https://jieter.github.io/orc-data/site/#ESP/ESP5228_C).

On top part of the page you can search for boat name, sail number, boat type... The first B30 I came up was ESP5228C, https://jieter.github.io/orc-data/site/#ESP/ESP5228_C (https://jieter.github.io/orc-data/site/#ESP/ESP5228_C).

Note that not all Bavaria 30s have the same polar diagram, it depends at least on individual sail area, crew weight and prop size/type.
