Title: Selden Rodkicker.
Post by: Laysula on August 11 2018, 12:26
We have a 1993 Bavaria 350 with Selden inmast reefing. After dismantling the rodkicker we discovered that there was no gas spring inside. SGS can supply a new spring complete with fittings but I need to Know the spec of the spring. Can anyone help?

Hi I replaced mine a few years back  for a 2000 B34 (basically same size as the 350)...SGS part was  GSV14-250 which has a 1200n gas pressure.  My original had a 3 number part code stenciled on the strut which relate to bore size, stroke length and gas pressure. My original strut had part number G28-250-1200n-02.  G28 is diameter, 250 stroke length and 1200 the pressure in Newtons.

cheers
