Has anyone had to remove their keel and if so what compound did they use to remix the keel.?

Sorry not to have read this earlier.  However, our keel was removed  on our 35E late last year by Blackline marine, Canoe Bay, Sidney, British Columbia (B.C.).  I'm not sure what was used specifically but I'd bet that Matt, the general manager, would inform you.  They remove keels all the time.  It's amazing how many boats are keel damaged by rocks and reefs in the local Canadian waters.  I trust their proficiency completely.

I believe they use Plexus

Plexus is right. There's was a keel installation manual floating around somewhere. I've added it to the download section here (http://bavariayacht.org/downloads/).
