I need to replace the larger size of seacock from the heads on my Bavaria 47. Does anyone know what size thread they are?

I don't know the thread count but I know I replaced 2 of the big through hull/sea cocks with 1 1/2". They were the same size as the original ones. I'm not sure if you're looking for the diameter or the thread count.

I have a photo of all the valves and numbers, the threads are BSP standard so look up the standard:-

BRASS BALL VALVES
TECHNICAL & DIMENSIONAL DATA
SPECIFICATIONS :
FULL BORE BALL VALVE , TWO PIECE DESIGN, LEVER OPERATED,
SCREWED FEMALE BSP PARALLEL THREADS TO BS21.

Look at Photo and put numbers into Google.

outstsnding documentation Odysseus. those are not the seacocks that were on my boat. now you have me wondering what was on my boat. i tossed them all thinking i would never need them again.
