My mast top Windex totally broke over the years (began with one of the tabs, then the second and now the vane itself).
Anybody knows which model it is?
Anybody fit a different brand?

1. Speaking for myself, no idea !
2. Yes, I've had two more in the time I've enjoyed this boat, both bought off the shelf on the basis that they looked big enough to be seen easily from the cockpit. The first one I fitted myself while the mast was down over winter, and a mate, who enjoys going up masts, fitted the second one for me.

Do you have the manufacturer/model?
Hi ! Do you mean the windex ( actually is a Swedish brand) that just indicates the apartment wind angle or the vane that sends the signal to your instrument ?
In the first case in the chandlery stores the have options depending on the length of your boat around 30-50€ in Greece
Hi Elias - yes, this is the one, and I do not mind a different manufacturer.
What I wanted to know is which model is suitable for a B36.

It should be a Windex 15. That is at least what we use on our 37 (2006).
windex 15 on my bavaria 38
Thanks to all - yes, it seems that 15 is the common model for boats at this size.
Still will be happy to know if someone uses (and satisfied) a different manufacturer - saw on the net something made of SS with mixed opinions.

Sorry, I've been all through my boat receipts files for the last nine years and haven't found the information you are after. Unfortunately some receipts come on little more than a postage stamp of paper and sometimes they don't get filed !!
