I'd try Penguin Engineering on Hayling Island.

They are a very common fitting and made in Italy. Penguin Engineering are the agent in the UK and do mail order. They have an on line catalogue www.penguineng.com with illustrations of all the different variation of fittings. Pretty sure you will find a supplier in Australia - maybe speak to the importers of  Bavarias or other European boats, most of which use the same sorts of fittings.

I bought a cover for my transom shower outlet like the one in your picture.  It came from the previously mentioned https://www.svb.de/who delivered Germany to UK.  It wasn't cheap for such a simple little part and I vaguely recall seeing them mentioned elsewhere from a cheaper UK supplier after I bought mine.

Penguin have both the cover (part no SC81) and the hull fitting (SR81) listed, but no price on website.

Try MYYACHT in Sydney. They have some Bavaria spares, otherwise Ensign Ship Brokers have an offshoot with some spares.

I replaced mine from SVB in Germany, they have most things the above don't have.

The genuine Bavaria part has a weak cover flap and mine has broken off after 1 year.

These things are produced by Barka srl in Italy. https://www.barka.it/en/mixers-faucets/618-recessed-cup.html You can buy them from SVB in Germany (svb.de) as Bavaria spares at fairly high prices (EUR 19) or from a local Barka dealer for most likely substantially lower prices (e.g. KOK Watersport in the Netherlands sells these things for EUR 4). Maybe you find a source on google for Australia.

I have received these today and they're like factory originals: 25 days to deliver by post to Victoria, BC. Total cost in $CDN was $16! SVB wanted a total Euros 13,74 for two plus Euros 33 for shipping.
