I am looking for the name of a Bavaria sailing yacht with a layout similar to the 390 Lagoon (1980 - 90) but more recent and eventually larger. Here are the specs I am looking for:
- 39 to 44 feet
Aft Cockpit
Large aft Cabin with central double berth (and two sofas).
Two cabins forward with one with two single (superposed) berth and the other with a double berth in point.
I know that this layout was redone in more recent models but I do not remember the name

Are you certain about the AFT cabin with central double bed?
The Bavaria 46 Cruiser owner's version has a central double bed with two sofas, but it's the FORE cabin.
In the AFT cabins it has one double bed and two separated singles in the other.

There is no later Bavaria model than meets that requirement. The only ones that hat have a central aft double with sofas are the Ocean series from late 1990s to 2001 in sizes from 38-46'. However they are all centre cockpit. All the aft cockpit models have either one or 2 aft cabins and some, particularly the 42 from the early 2000s had an extra forward cabin to one side with upper and lower berths. Most of these were built for charter with 2 aft cabins to maximise the number of berths.
Can't think of what you mean either. The Ocean series have the large aft cabin with couches (http://www.yachtsnet.co.uk/archives/bavaria-40-ocean/bavaria-40-ocean.htm), and the 47 Ocean has the two forward cabins you describe, but they are all center cockpit boats.
The Vision series are aft cockpits but haven't got the nice aft cabin. In fact, the nice big aft cabin just isn't possible with aft cockpits, as there is not enough space due to the cockpit floor getting in the way and also the need for some support from below to hold the floor up :)
