Hello,
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a D2-40, 2006. I am having an issue with the battery/charging light coming on. I have changed the alternator and it is still happening intermittently so believe it is most probably a dodgy connection behind the engine panel just want to know what colour wire to look for.
Diagrams are in the electrical manual.
Thank you tiger79 for uploading so quickly.
I keep getting an intermittent alarm showing the alternator is not charging but believe it is either the charge sensor relay, corrosion on one of the cables or the control module with the lights in. Anyone any idea where the charge sensor relay hides on a B37?
Just in case anyone has a similar problem I have now resolved the issue of the flashing battery light.
It turns out to have been the electronic module behind the oil, water, battery and glow plug lights. water has been getting in behind the panel and the unit has failed and now been replaced.
I had it down to one of six things.
1. Alternator failed
2. Corroded yellow wire
3. Corroded brown wire
4. Corroded blue red wire
5. Failed charging sensor relay ( which on my D2-40 is located within the black box on the port side of the engine.
6. Failed electronic unit
My luck it was the most expensive bit but its fixed now. Touch wood.
