Has anyone had trouble fitting this rope cutter and the prop cone locks the propeller?

Should not be a problem. Do you have the correct anode? normally no need to remove the propeller to change the anode. Is this a new installation and is it a standard Volvo fixed blade propeller?

Yes new install. It seems there is a bolt to change on the sail drive unit which is not in the instructions

I have 130s on my B39 and to change anode no need to remove prop.
