Title: Rev counter stuck at 1000rpm

Hi , I'm the panel the revs are stuck at 1000r when switched off and it behaves like is starting from a plus 1000r when functioning , any ideas ? Did the needle slipped ?

Possible, on the VDO instrument of our MD22 it's just pushed on.
