Since having Mirage, she has always had water pool here, and I've already had one plank lift due to this:

The obvious answer is to drill the toe rail at the lowest point. The thing I'm concerned about is having a streak down the hull (I could add a lip I suppose somehow?).

What have others done here?

Better a floor drain and discharge either from transom, at waterline or use sink skin fitting

Thank you, I see, that's a good idea, drill down rather than out? Has anyone else addressed this issue?

The PO of our boat had drilled appx 6mm holes on the lowest sport of the toerail. I am not toi worried about stadin streaks, however that would be vety dependant on the smoke contrnt of your home marina. Although Helsinki is the capitol of Finland, air is still relatively clean.
