autohelm st 3000 old school

Hi everybody,
I have st 3000 autohelm otopilot.My problem is, when I push auto button I saw 3000 on the screen other than a sign.I cant engage auto. I wonder if it is a mechanic or electric issue ? can you help me thanks.
