Paid Subscription Error Occurred

I keep getting emails saying "Paid Subscription Error Occurred". It seems these occur when someone makes a payment to the forum PayPal account:

I don't understand how this is possible, but the emails seem to coincide.

Has anyone else seen an error when making payment?
