Woo! I'd like to have:

Injector pump - err, wait, is that the same as on the the non-turbo? Let me check first. Edit: Nope, it's different.
Raw water pump + bits
Fuel pump (assuming that's the lift pump)
The PCV breather valve (brass coloured thing near oil filler)
Tacho (if the hour meter works)
Ignition switch + keys (ours springs no more)

Injector pump is the same but needs the warm start stuff moving over to it.

Raw water pump + bits - OK

Fuel pump (assuming that's the lift pump) - OK, yes lift pump

The PCV breather valve (brass coloured thing near oil filler) - Not the brass type, but the plastic one. Fits and works fine, and I'll throw it in FOC for you.

Tacho (if the hour meter works) - Hour meter is intermittent. You can get a repair kit for this.
Ignition switch + keys (ours springs no more) - Ignition switch is only about 5 years old and has 2 keys.

I would like to sell the entire insrument panel with tacho and ignition switch as one item.  Make me an offer for the bits you want, and let's see what we can do.

Thanks, sent you a PM.

Out of curiosity, what went wrong with the TMD22 to prompt replacement and stripping for parts?

The engine has done a lot of work, and got to the point where it needed a re-bore as the compressions were down.

In taking the engine apart, I found the heat exchanger and aftercooler corroded to the point where I had to destroy the tube stacks to remove them, and that basically did for the engine, as those parts are more expensive than a new engine.

To anyone with one of these engines, I would advise getting the heat exchanger apart every year just to check for raw water leakage around the o rings.

Thanks for the tip Island Alchemy, from current discussion elsewhere within the forum and your recommendation above, getting the heat exchanger apart is going to be next on my list.

Only the coolant pump left now.

I'm surprised nobody has bagged this, as they are known to leak and it is recommended that they are replaced along with the cambelt.

It is new and un-used, and I am asking £75, which is half what parts4engines are charging.
