Rutgerson Slider

More Help requested has anyone Drilled out the Shaft on a Rutgerson Slider, one of the wheels are stock firm, have tried all sorts to free it up,
Thought that I could drill one side to get the Head off and drift out the Shaft clean up and replace with a removable Pin

I had the same problem on our 34 but a bit of persistence with hot water and friendly persuasion it is now free
