stern step ideas

Good morning, My bavaria 37 of 98 has a closed stern too high. This has been wonderful for many years as I managed to keep my mother-in-law away from my boat. But now I need a step, I know that some models had the one in the photo. Any idea how i can buy or make it? Thank you so much.
