Bav 40: Jabsco electric toilets - which one is newer? Which one should I pick?

I'm struggling to find information about Jabsco's electric toilets.

There's the "Quiet Flush Comfort" on the one hand and the "Lite Flush II" on the other.
I want to replace the aft toilet on my Bav 40 (see image).

Is one of the two types newer or why are there two similar bowls from Jabsco? One better suited than the other for my requirements?

I'd stick with a manual toilet - quieter and less to go wrong!
