Help replacing wet exhaust hose in 2012 Bavaria Cruiser 32

Hi,
I have to replace the exhaust hose between the silencer and the through hull on my 2012 Cruiser 32.
It looks like a nasty job. There is a sharp right angled bend where the hose goes through a narrow opening in the aft bulkhead.
Has anyone done this job? Do you have any advice for taking the old hose off and putting the new one on? I've looked at the general YouTube stuff. What I'm looking for is help specific to the Cruiser 32 installation.
