Very much scratched toe rail on Ex-Charter Boat

The toe rail on by B-38/2003 has been a charter boat and therefor has a number of ugly scars. One is the Alu toe rail, mostly in the middle, meaning the fattest part of the boat. Students must have practiced a lot of along side parking.
The Alu piece is VERY expensive, so I'm looking of some rubber bumper that could be attached onto the Alu to cover the damage.
