Feedback wanted: plain-language guide to surfing, broaching and pitchpole risk

I have written a plain-language guide about following seas, surfing, broaching, bow-bury, pooping waves and pitchpole risk.

It is not meant as a finished authority. I would really like feedback from sailors with offshore or heavy-weather experience: what is wrong, what is missing, and what should be explained better?
