Rudder replacement

Hey guys,

Last night, unfortunately I dragged onto some rocks in Croatia and the rudder is chopped.

Does anyone have any sources on where I can find a replacement?

Any yard recommendations? I'm in the Split area.

It is not necessary to buy a new one.
The repair will cost around 400 eur.
I am in charter business in Croatia and every summer it happens min twice.
Also, you can do that with a boat in the water.

That's exactly what I did, thank you! I was originally concerned the main rudder spar had been damaged but it's ok.

If you are still looking for a local repair source there are a couple of guys that operate out of Agana Marina (near Trogir) that have done a rudder rebuild for us after ours developed a large crack. Let me know if you'd like the contact details.  Jon
