Fairlead on board pulled out.

What is the correct way to fix it? With which screws it is attached to the deck, bolt with nut or self-tapping screw.

I thought to stick it with Sikaflex 291i.

I have to prepare myself as much as possible before I get on the ship

Thanks in advance.

My solution on my boat:
Dismount all, put epoxy resin on the holes, do other 2 holes on the fairled, do 5 holes on the boat, mount with silicone poliuretanic, 5 screws, steel counter plate, washers and nuts.

Thanks!

Do you remember what size of screws you used, what kinde of silicone you recommend.

Best regards

The original  are self tapping screws.
6 mm diameter, do not remember the length. Pay attention to the hole, the boat, in the locker is less large that on the deck.
Drill the hole in the counter inox plate 1mm larger. But: mine is a 40 Cruiser 2008, on your boat you might have other dimensional problems. I used a MS polymer, but the best is 3m 5200 fc
