Deck construction

Anyone happen to know what material and or method Bavaria used to construct their topside decks? The vessel is a 2001 50'. Thanks

Moulded polyester gelcoat, hand-laid glass reinforced polyester and some deck areas cored with closed-cell laminating foam (grid-scored). Also aluminium backing plates glassed in for deck fittings (rope clutches, winches, etc.).

I heard somewhere that there was no balsa core or plywood used on the decks. I was hoping to verify that. That's good to hear.
