Aft locker hinges Bavaria 37 -06

I tried SVB but can't find the right ones.
Does anyone knows correct versions of hinges for aft locker?

I could not get the original würth hinge, but the Blum Type 71T9650 fitted pretty good. I got it from amazon.

These are standard european cabinet door hinges. You can get them from Ikea or in any corner hardware store. There's two types, bring one for comparison.
