B36 Cruiser foredeck padeye

Anybody know the strength of the padeye on the foredeck of a 2005 36 Cruiser?  It is located above the solid headliner in the fore cabin so I can't get underneath to see if there is a backing plate.  I'd like to use it for a downhaul if it is suitable.  Thanks for any advice!

Found out there is a glassed in backing plate under the padeye.  Hope this is helpful to others!

It is thanks. Any idea what it's made of? If metal I guess you would have to screw into it then tap a thread???
