Can Anyone tell me me how to stop this the rain water seems to lie in a small puddle at the toe rail at the stern of the boat

Fill your aft fresh water tank, and pump or use sufficient from your forward tank until the puddle runs away. I suspect your problem may be more than just the fact that a puddle exists, such as a leak making internal areas wet. If that is the case then after trimming your boat to get rid of the puddle, that you find where the leak is and use some "Captain Tolleys Creeping Crack Cure" it's brilliant for sealing leaks and does exactly what it says on the container.

Mine does the same.

I've tried filling the aft tanks and emptying the front one, none worked.

On my boat it's on the port side that it collects, and I think the boat sits at a slight list.

If you find a cure, please do let me know.

I have a similar problem in my Bav 41 - the drain hole (too small)  keeps getting blocked.

I don't want to re-drill because of damage to the anodising. I just keep unblocking the hole.

A thought....how much chain up front ?
There is a B42 in a marina here with the same issue I have noticed but I have no idea why.

I have a similar puddle problem but on the starboard side and have considered simply drilling a diagonally downward hole thru the toe capping aluminium at this point
