Maybe perforated accumulator tank

Hi , 3 months old accumulator tank and noticed that the pump didn't run as usual, when I open half way the tap pump starts immediately , is like no buffer pressure .
When I tried to release some air from the accumulator water came out from the valve .
Could it be broken ?

If it's the rubber diaphragm type and water comes out of the air valve, the diaphragm is broken and needs to be replaced.

Our original one didn't have one and instead needed to be drained occasionally.
